Becky Frewing
I started working in the Sports Industry over 20 years ago at a Premiership Football Club and have spent the last 10 years managing professional cycling teams and working alongside high profile sporting individuals and brands. I have been involved with many start-ups and small businesses, have a good business network and recognise the value of having people onboard who can make a difference.
My roles have given me valuable business experience from managing worldwide logistics, setting up company processes to creating investor decks and involvement in board meetings.
I really enjoy the creative element of what we do, creating content, managing social media and seeing a brands look and feel come together.
I'm a perfectionist, love a 'to do list' and work for any business as if it were my own.
Claire Frewing
My working career begun in the Leisure Industry where I held Customer Service roles and led the Front of House operations just as the gym world went crazy!
I was then lucky enough to spend 11 years living in Sydney. For the majority of that time I worked as a Membership & Office Manager for a Trade Union company who looked after all of the Australian Flight Attendants. A busy and demanding role which involved managing a small team, monthly payment processing and membership mailouts.
After heading home I began working with Becks at ONE PRO as Office Manager. Being organised, having processes and someone who can take on those mundane tasks is key to any business and I enjoy doing it!
